We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and provide the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.
3. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase and does not constitute a confirmed sale until you receive an order confirmation from us.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order where payment cannot be verified or is fraudulent.

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
5. Customised & Made-to-Order Items
Orders for customised jewellery or solid gold made-to-order pieces are non-cancellable once confirmed. Production timelines for such orders vary and will be communicated to you by our team.
6. Shipping
Shipping is subject to our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We currently ship within Singapore only.
7. Refunds & Exchanges
All refunds and exchanges are subject to our Refund & Exchange Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. All sales are considered final unless otherwise permitted under that policy.
