1. Shipping Destination

We currently ship within Singapore only. International shipping is not available at this time.

 

2. Shipping Fee

We offer complimentary standard local delivery on all orders, with no minimum spend required.

 

3. Order Processing

For in-stock items, orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day from the time of purchase confirmation.

For the following order types, processing time will vary, and our team will reach out to you directly with an estimated timeline:

·       Out-of-stock items

·       Customised jewellery

·       Solid gold pieces

You will be notified via email or WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched.

 

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, standard delivery within Singapore takes approximately 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control.

 

5. Delivery Method

All orders are delivered via standard local courier. If you require urgent delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us and our team will try our best to assist you.

7. Unsuccessful Deliveries

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of order. Elaara Diamonds Pte Ltd is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses or missed deliveries. Redelivery may be subject to additional charges.
