  • How to tell if your diamond jewellery is authentic?
    At Elaara, ALL of our jewellery comes with its unique diamond certificate. These certificates will provide details of the diamond such as colour, clarity and weight of the diamond and gold. These certificates are provided by internationally-accredited laboratories, namely SGL, IGI and GIA. We primarily provide IGI certificates as IGI is considered to be the pioneer in certifying lab-grown diamonds. Additionally, our lab-grown diamonds have laser inscriptions on them.
  • Is lab-grown diamond a fake diamond?
    Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds. They have the same chemical composition as a mined diamond and they are identical in almost every single aspect. Fake diamonds or diamond imitations, are normally composed of other materials such as cubic zirconia, zircon or even glass. Diamond imitations have no similarities with mined or lab grown diamonds and they scratch very easily, which is why they lose their brilliance over a short period of time.
  • What is 3X in diamonds?
    A triple X rating is highly sought after! Triple X refers to excellent grading in terms of cut, polish and symmetry. It will be extremely easy to spot a 3X graded diamond compared to an average diamond. Its brilliance and proportion will be very eye-catching. However, a customer should always pay attention to the clarity and colour as well. A good diamond is one that is well-balanced in all grading aspects.
  • I want a customised design for my jewellery. Is it possible?

  • I want to resize my ring. Is it possible?
    Yes, but within certain parameters. Designs like eternity bands prove to be difficult to resize as doing so will damage the setting of the stones. Another example of a designs that cannot be resized is rings with stones set in a channel setting. Doing a resize can affect the tightness of the ring on the stone, which may in turn lead to the stone falling out. We can resize a ring by a maximum of 2 sizes. Altering the size by more than 2 will affect the setting. Do contact us for any queries regarding resizing.
  • The chain for my pendent is too long for my liking. What do I do?
    At Elaara, we want 100% customer satisfaction. Nothing less than that. If you feel like your chain is too long, we are able to shorten to the length of your choosing. However, please do note that the shortening of your chain is irreversible and we cannot extend it once shortened. If you wish to shorten your chain, contact us :)
  • Can I change the screw for the earrings?
    Most definitely! We can change the screw of your earring if you are used to something different. Contact us if you have already purchased your item. If you are about to place your order, please let us know via the notes section during your checkout!
  • What are the payment methods available for me?
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, UnionPay, JCB, PayNow and PayLah!
  • Will my card data be stored in your servers?
    We do not store your card details in our servers when you purchase your jewellery. We use third-party payment service providers such as Stripe. Members have the privilege to add their cards to their account wallet, allowing them to checkout easily. We do not have access to your card details.
  • Can I return my item if I do not like it?
    For local customers, our delivery team will be there and upon collection, you would be able to check the item. If for any reason, you feel like making a return, you can do so immediately to the delivery personnel. A refund will be processed within 7 working days as well. For overseas customers, we do not have any return policy as we hand over the items to a third-party shipping company.
  • Am I able to exchange my jewellery for another piece?
    Exchanges are approved in a case-by-case fashion and exchange requests have to be made via email within 7 days of receiving your order. No exchange allowed for customised orders. We will be unable to provide any cash reimbursement if the product you are exchanging for does not match the price of the original item.
  • Will I get a refund if my product is damaged?
    All of our items are checked thoroughly before being sent to you. Our team has set a stringent set of standards for our jewellery and only items that have passed our standards are stored in our inventory. In the slim and unfortunate chance that your jewellery item has any workmanship defects, we will bear any necessary repairs or exchanges. Refunds will be provided if we cannot repair or exchange the item for unforeseen reasons. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you spot any defects in our jewellery.
